Description
Industrial vacuum truck,also called dual purpose hydroexcavator singular,industrial vacuum loader, is used for in-plant transfer work for metallurgy, chemical industry, energy, building materials, coal, mining, terminal transportation and other industries. it is used for the collection, transfer and transportation of nearly 100 kinds of dust and powder materials under various working condition. And it can carry ironmaking, steelmaking, sintering, coking, raw materials, calcium carbide furnace purification and dust removal, gas fired lime kiln, smelting desiliconization, dephosphorization agent, coke powder, aluminum powder, cement, mineral powder, lime powder, limestone dust removal, Mixing dust and other dust materials.
Features:
Fully enclosed and environmentally friendly bulk material collection and transportation equipment, after using a multi-stage filter device, 99.9% of the sub-fine particles and dust higher than the sub-fine particles are separated, and the filtered air is discharged from the exhaust port of the muffler. The quality meets the national U-level emission standard (the emission concentration is ≤25 mg/m3, and the environmental protection requirements are fulfilled)
Working principle
Industrial vacuum truck is a device that combines the principles of negative pressure pneumatic conveying and positive pressure pneumatic conveying, and uses air as the conveying carrier to collect and transfer dust materials. It integrates the functions of negative pressure suction, transportation, and positive pressure discharge. When the vehicle reaches the powder silo, the negative pressure suction system of the vehicle is activated, and the material is sucked into the vehicle tank by negative pressure through the feeding system of the ground facility. When the vehicle reaches the receiving silo, the vehicle is started, and the materials in the hall are transported by positive pressure to the closed large silo (with an air-material separation device) for recycling and comprehensive utilization.
The whole process of suction, transportation and discharge is carried out under closed conditions, and the dust does not leak and fly.
