The Arm-type Garbage Truck

   The Arm-type Garbage Truck, also known as the hook-arm garbage truck, is a detachable garbage truck. The whole vehicle adopts full hydraulic operation.

   The garbage bin and the chassis can be completely separated. The sanitation workers can complete all operations in the cab.

   The Garbage Bin is a fully sealed design to prevent secondary pollution. The garbage bin has a self-unloading function, which makes garbage dumping more convenient. One vehicle can be equipped with multiple garbage bins. One vehicle can complete all garbage collection work, effectively reducing sanitation costs!

Arm Pulling Mechanism

It is mainly composed of hook arm, hook arm frame, sub-beam, hydraulic system, operating system and rear support system. The sub-beam is mainly used to fix and support the garbage bin with the chassis, and serves as the installation connection frame for other parts. The pull arm and hook arm frame are mainly used to lift, unload the garbage bin and dump the garbage. The hydraulic cylinder is the driving component of each action.

Hydraulic System

The system is composed of a hydraulic gear pump, a multi-way valve, a cylinder, a hydraulic oil tank, etc. The system provides hydraulic power for the arm pulling mechanism.

Control System

Through the multi-way valve handle, the corresponding hydraulic actuator is controlled to work, and the action requirements required for the garbage truck operation are realized.
