The aircraft refueling truck is used for helicopter refueling and mobile transporting aviation keroscene. This heavy-duty aviation refueler, engineered on a rugged Dongfeng OEM 6x4 chassis, delivers high-efficiency Jet-A fuel transfer for civil aviation (CAAC/FAA standards) and large-scale fixed-base operator (FBO) applications. With a 20-cubic-meter (5,300-gallon) capacity and pressure-feed technology, it meets the rigorous demands of servicing commercial airliners, cargo jets, and corporate fleets at major airports or high-traffic FBO hubs.
1. Chassis Reliability: Dongfeng 6x4 chassis with 300+ HP diesel engine, heavy-duty suspension, and ABS braking ensures stability under full load (GVWR ≈ 50,000 lbs).
2. Pressure Refueling System: 50-60 PSI operational pressure enables rapid, safe fueling of large aircraft via single-point pressure ports (standard 4" NATO coupling).
3. Integrated Filtration and Monitoring: Triple-stage filtration (5μm final filter), water separator, and digital flow metering (±0.25% accuracy) with temperature compensation.
4. Certified Fuel Handling: Dedicated to Jet-A/JP-54 aviation turbine fuel (ASTM D1655 compliant).
