Product Description

Vehicle Process Characteristics:

1. Suction Tank

• The suction tank body is made of 6mm thick high-quality carbon steel plate. It is formed in one time by the advanced rotational molding process, featuring high strength and strong corrosion resistance. The tank is circular in shape with a reasonable design. The head is made of high-quality steel, having stronger compression resistance. An imported anti-overflow device is installed to prevent sewage from back filling into the vacuum pump system due to overfilling. The suction truck has a hydraulic lifting and self-unloading function, facilitating the clean dumping of various sludge. The rear tank door can be opened automatically hydraulically, making it easy to clean the sediment inside the tank. This vehicle can suck and discharge by itself, being clean and convenient. It can be operated by one person, saving manpower.

2. Suction Special Pump

• It adopts the leading domestic suction special pump in technology with strong suction force and long suction range. It is particularly suitable for the suction, transportation, and discharge of the silt in sewers, especially for sucking relatively large objects like sewer mud, silt, stones, bricks, etc., and substances with relatively low water content. It takes no more than 5 minutes to fill the sewage (manure) tank, and the suction range is no less than 10 meters. It has the characteristics of self-suction and self-discharge, long service life, fast working speed, and convenient transportation. The discharge of the suction truck has two methods: pressurized discharge and gravity flow discharge. The rear cover can be opened to unload the impurities in the tank body.

3. Hydraulic System

• It includes an oil level gauge, an oil tank, a filter, a gate valve, an oil pump, a relief valve, a throttle valve, an oil pressure gauge, a check valve, an oil motor, a reversing valve, a one-way valve, and a switch.
